Prepzilla MillHog has inner-diameter clamping capability and uses one mandrel and eight sets of clamps to fit pipe to 8.625" OD. Capable of beveling (any angle) and squaring the pipe ends in one operation, the prep tool does not require special operator training. It cuts hard-to-machine materials such as stainless steel and P-91 without fluids. It is equipped with a direct-drive 2-hp air motor and generates 1,500 ft-lb of torque at the cutting blade.
The FSP creates an instant smoke- and gas-tight fire seal to fill voids around pipes, electrical conduit, data communications cables, duct work, and between walls and floors.
