No. 920 offers a stainless steel exterior with No. 4 brushed finish, Type 430 stainless steel interior with continuously back-welded seam construction, and 4" thick insulated walls. The 500°F (260°C) walk-in oven has a top-mounted heating chamber to conserve floor space while a motorized damper on the exhaust accelerates cooling. Oven exhaust discharges into a Type 304 stainless steel scrubber with brass piping. The scrubber uses recirculated water, sprayed by a 1.5 hp pump into the exhaust, to remove particles.
