Two models of precision infrared calibrators utilize the same size targets used and recommended by thermometer manufacturers. Model 4180 has a temperature range of 5 to 248°F (-15 to 120°C) with radiometric (noncontact infrared) display accuracy of +/-0.72°F (+/-0.40°C). Model 4181 has a temperature range of 95 to 932°F (35 to 500°C) with radiometric display accuracy of +/-0.63°F (+/-0.35°C). Additional features of both calibrators include target stability, target uniformity, 6" target diameter and traceable radiometric calibration.
