With a solid front and blow-out back, the safety case gauge offers 0.5 percent ANSI/ASME Grade 1A accuracy, full rotary movement and a micrometer pointer for calibration. The 4.5" dial makes the gauge easy to read from a distance. It is suitable for use in petrochemical and oil and gas industries where high-pressure buildup may cause ruptures in the bourdon tube. A solid wall separates the tube from the gauge face, forcing the back to blow out during catastrophic failure. It also has a shatterproof glass lens for additional operator protection.
