Dick is president of Janus Technology Group Inc., Rockford, Ill., a consulting firm specializing in industrial heating and energy technology. He is a veteran of the heat processing industry with a total of 35 years experience with well-known combustion equipment companies.

With a no-nonsense, practical approach, Arthur Holland looks at process sensors and controls in the Heating Highlights column. Arthur runs Holland Technical Skills, Oakville, Ontario, a consulting firm specializing in temperature and power control technology, training and technical writing.

Drying Files
Applying a global approach to the subject of process drying, Darren Traub takes a large topic and gives it scale. Darren is executive vice president of Drytech Engineering, Irvine, Calif., a company specializing in thermal drying and related system technologies. He has engineered and managed the project execution of numerous drying and bulk materials-handling systems in the United States, Africa, the Middle East and China.
