The air pollution control system utilizes a 10,000 scfm regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO). In operation, the potential air pollutants, known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), are captured and sent to the oxidizer for destruction. The system will destroy more than 99 percent of the VOC emissions generated from the company’s production facility.

To accommodate its continued business growth, Wisconsin Web Offset is expanding its Brookfield, Wis., facility. Several printing presses are being added to its production plant, and to control the exhaust emissions from the heat-set printing press dryers, the company has installed a custom-designed air pollution control system manufactured by CMM Group LLC, De Pere, Wis.
