Designed to uniformly apply pressure at elevated temperatures to all surfaces, hot isostatic press (HIP) production unit densifies parts to heal casting defects and voids, bond similar or dissimilar materials and form net or near-net shapes from metal, ceramic, cermet or graphite powders. It is built with inside dimensions of 1.969 to 59.06" (50 to 1,500 mm) and contains pressures from vacuum to 3,000 bar and temperatures as high as 4,000oF (2,204oC).
