Designed for curing powder-coated parts, the oven consists of infrared heaters mounted in an enclosure with a separate recirculating heated air system. Three individually controlled vertical zones allow the user to run top, center and bottom heater banks at different power levels to ensure uniform curing. The upper and lower heater banks are manually adjustable to closely profile the contour of parts being cured. Heater power levels are controlled by thermocouple feedback to SCRs located in the control panel, which is mounted on the oven and prewired.
