Custom engineered radio frequency post-baking dryer can be used to remove the drying burden from ovens, thereby increasing throughput and allowing bakers to control the color of crackers and cookies independently from moisture content level. Macrowave preferentially heats and dries the moist areas and eliminates checking caused by differential shrinkage. From Radio Frequency Co. Inc., the radio frequency system is available in band width from 36 to 64" wide.
