Fujipolysilicone rubber-based material combines high thermal conductivity and flame-retardancy with silicone rubber properties of heat resistance and electrical insulation. The material is suitable for use as a thermal conductive insulator for semiconductors, compression jointing for thermistors and thermal conductive components for heaters. Material is available in tape, sheets, sleeves, cap forms and die-cut shapes with optional adhesive attachment.
