Wolverine Proctor & Schwartz, Merrimac, Mass., a supplier of ovens, dryers and other processing equipment, and Parthenon Capital, Boston, a private equity partnership, announced a partnership. According to Wolverine Proctor & Schwartz, the partnership will allow it to resume the strong pace of innovation and provide the potential for significant growth.
