Kromschroder Inc.'s George Paulonis has stepped down as president and will serve as special advisor until June 2005, when he will retire. Steve Ogonek is now president of the Hudson, Ohio-based burner and valve manufacturer. Kromschroder also has appointed Tina Wells southeast regional sales manager. Based in Alabama, Wells has more than 15 years of combustion experience.
