Conformal coating machine dip-coats printed circuit boards, then dries or cures them in one enclosed unit that can be operated by one person. The boards are hung on a conveyor and move to a dip tank in the machine's base. The boards pass through an infrared drying section, where solvents are removed and the conformal coating is partially or fully cured. The compact system measures 47 x 100 x 28" and operates at 2 to 20 in/min.
