C.A. Litzler Co. Inc., Cleveland, has expanded its family of companies by purchasing Indacomp Corp., which specializes in custom control automation applications.

Established in 1996, Indacomp will be renamed Litzler Automation. Indacomp founder Chris Grootenboer will join Litzler Automation as director of automation. Industries served by the new company include tire and rubber, automotive, web converting, petroleum refining, machine tool and steel.
