A line of split-case infrared heat tunnels are available as individual heaters, as heaters with controls, or as part of complete custom-engineered process heating systems. Tunnels surround the product to provide even and rapid heating, making them suitable for processing narrow products. They can be used to dry coatings on narrow fabrics; dry printing on narrow webs; heat-activate adhesives; heat fiber tow; heat/cure extruded products such as tubing, wire insulation, body side-molding or gasketing; dry fiber optics; dry fluoropolymer coatings on yarn, thread, roving and cordage; or dry coatings on metals. Tunnels are available in 7.5 or 15" heated widths with a 40" heated length.
