Oven With Cast-Iron Burner

Buzzer Fire-Box oven has a large, brick-lined work chamber and is rated from 500 to 1,800oF (260 to 982oC). Offered in eight standard sizes, each oven is lined with 4.5" of insulating firebrick and backed with an additional 2" of 1,200oF (649oC) block insulation. Cast-iron venturi burner produces hot, quick heat without a blower does not require compressed air or piping. Standard features include a flame-safety valve, pilot, sensor, 120 V solenoid valve, pressure gauge, manual shut-off valve and digital controls.
