Two U.S. extruder operations in Sabetha, KS, have merged.Wenger Manufacturing Inc.has acquired the machinery division ofExtru-Tech Inc.Each entity will maintain corporate offices and production plants in Sabetha, KS, and the customer service and sales staffs for each company will remain discrete and active. Extru-Tech founderKen Matsonhas left that entity to take over management of Extru-Tech's former subsidiaries,Star-TechandCrossWind Foods.
