The 100 W platinum resistance thermometer (PRT) can read temperatures as high as 1,832 degrees F (1,000 degrees C). Model 5624 includes a NIST-traceable, NVLAP-accredited fixed-point calibration covering the range of 32 to 1,764 degrees F (0 to 962°C). Accuracy, including short-term stability and calibration uncertainty, of ±0.055 degrees C is provided over the full range of calibration. It can be used as a reference standard in 6" (153 mm) drywell calibrators and furnaces.
