Fluid Cooler Selection Software
Dryware program will quickly rate a standard or custom fluid cooler using coil algorithms. The program allows the user to customize a fluid cooler by varying rows, fins per inch, fin height, fin length, motor horsepower, fan diameter or fan layout. Software produces accurate submittal drawings complete with drawing number, editable notes and unit performance data. The model matrix has been expanded to include sizes with fin heights of 24 to 114", and finned lengths of 24 to 360".Colmac Coil Manufacturing

Brazed-Plate Heat Exchanger
Brazepak is designed for applications requiring high performance in a small size. The exchanger offers high thermal efficiency while withstanding high pressures and temperatures. A special brazing process is used to bond 316 stainless steel plates, which have a corrugated design for maximum turbulation and high heat transfer. The brazing process also eliminates the need for gasketed or rolled joints as well as pressure-retaining parts.ITT Standard

Heat Exchanger Incinerates Fryer Exhaust Pollutants
KleenHeat connects to a fryer exhaust stack and incinerates odors, oil and other particulate that would normally pollute the air around your plant. Fryer exhaust is drawn into the heat exchanger's combustion chamber, where it is mixed with the hot products of combustion from the heat exchanger burner. After odors and pollutants are incinerated, combustion heat is routed through the exchanger's frying oil heat exchanger, where heat is transferred to the cooking oil instead of being vented to the atmosphere as waste heat. The serpentine tube bundles are constructed of all-welded stainless steel.Heat and Control
