Two-component, silver-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive has a low volume resistivity of 10-3 W-cm. It will set up in 5 to 10 min at room temperature; full cure typically requires 8 to 12 hr at room temperature. Electrical conductivity develops rapidly and is first detectable within 30 to 60 min. EP77M-F has high bond strength to similar and dissimilar substrates; it adheres to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubbers and most plastics.
