St. Louis-based Watlow, a designer and manufacturer of heaters, controllers and temperature sensors, appointed Steve Rhoads director of operations. Rhoads will have responsibility for Watlow's swaged/nonswaged (SNS) operations in St. Louis as well as overall facilities management for SNS and the company's headquarters.
