Infrared oven system allows users to horizontally anneal a range of plastic products including polycarbonate automotive headlight lenses, 5-gal bottles and medical products. The system includes fast response, electric infrared heaters and controls; an exhaust system; insulated oven enclosure; and flat, flexible conveyor system. System can be used as a stand-alone complete horizontal conveyorized annealing system or inline with injection-molding equipment.
