Series PD has embedded Ethernet technology that provides remote temperature and process control for extrusion systems, injection-barrel temperature control, mold-temperature controllers and dryers. Available in single- or dual-channel versions, the DIN-rail-mount controllers offer up to four control outputs as well as a current transformer input associated with each channel. Other features include internal datalogging of key control parameters, heater burnout detection, an enhanced control algorithm and the company's Infosense technology.
