A subsidiary of Babcock Power Inc., Danvers, Mass., TEi has acquired all of the intellectual property for the Struthers feedwater heater line, as well its waste heat boilers, fired heaters, heat exchangers and various other vessels used in the chemical processing, oil refining, natural gas processing and electric utility industries. Included are all drawings, bills of materials, patents, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, product formulae, trade secrets, proprietary know-how and technology, licenses, advertising, installation lists, and design programs used to conduct the operations of Struthers.

Effective immediately, TEi will commence servicing the Struthers customer base, including its aftermarket parts and services needs, utilizing the services of the former Struthers and Struthers Wells sales and engineering personnel, operating out of the Warren, Pa., office.
