Wireless Transmits Temperature, Pressure Signals
August 1, 2005
Battery-powered, wireless transmission system is designed for measuring and transmitting temperature and pressure signals out of a Class I, Division 1 area to a safe area, eliminating the need for conduit and cable runs in hazardous locations. The wireless system can be supplied with an explosionproof Division 1 or NEMA 4X enclosure. In addition, each system comes with thermocouple, RTD or pressure transducer inputs; self-contained lithium battery; receiver unit; radio transmitter and antenna. It can be used for data collecting, sensor monitoring and process control.
