By combining in-situ and extractive sensors, FireView hybrid analyzer generates the complete oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrous oxides (NOX) profile essential for combustion optimization in fossil-fuel boilers, furnaces, reformers and process heaters in the refining, hydrocarbon processing and chemical processing industries. It uses a high temperature probe to directly measure O2 and temperature in the combustion chamber. This sensor serves as a sample port for extractive CO and NOX analysis. By measuring in the firebox, the control allows users to react quickly to changes in the process and pinpoint problem areas for maximum combustion efficiency and EPA permit compliance.
