Multiple burners are adjustable in height and angle to provide a range of surface finishes, from char-grilled accents to overall browning. Direct flame contact also imparts distinctive and complimentary flavors to food products. Available in sizes to fit most existing lines, the searing system remains in place as a transfer conveyor when searing or branding is not required.
