Dryware program will quickly rate a standard or custom fluid cooler using coil algorithms. The program allows the user to customize a fluid cooler by varying rows, fins per inch, fin height, fin length, motor horsepower, fan diameter or fan layout. Software produces accurate submittal drawings complete with drawing number, editable notes and unit performance data. The model matrix was expanded to include sizes with fin heights of 24" to 114", and finned lengths of 24" to 360".

Cassette Evaporator for High Viscosity Products
AlfaVap is designed to concentrate process liquids that contain dissolved and finely dispersed proteins of animal or fish origin. It works on the principle of the rising-film evaporator utilizing forced circulation, and nearly all evaporation takes place within the cassettes. It is suitable for process liquids such as stick water from fishmeal, glue water from meat byproducts, fish extracts and bouillon products. Depending on the heating medium, throughput or concentration requirements of the end product, it can be supplied as a one-, two-or three-stage evaporator. Heat Exchanger Incinerates Fryer Exhaust Pollutants
KleenHeat connects to a fryer exhaust stack and incinerates odors, oil and other particulate that would normally pollute the air around your plant. Fryer exhaust is drawn into the heat exchanger's combustion chamber, where it is mixed with the hot products of combustion from the heat exchanger burner. After odors and pollutants are incinerated, combustion heat is routed through the exchanger's frying oil heat exchanger, where heat is transferred to the cooking oil instead of being vented to the atmosphere as waste heat. The serpentine tube bundles are constructed of all- welded stainless steel.

Continuous or Batch Heating, Cooking
Terlotherm vertical scraped-surface heat exchanger can handle process applications such as cooking, heating, cooling, slush freezing, crystallization, pasteurization and sterilization. Its vertical design allows a small footprint. Its hinged top cover allows for inspection and cleaning without disturbing the shaft seal, and the one-piece scraper blades can be replaced without tools.
Heat Exchanger Performs 3 Functions
LC Series will simultaneously cool compressed air, heat vaporized nitrogen gas and cool compressor oil. The three-in-one design simplifies upfront engineering, requires less floor space and eases installation, maintenance and operation. Model pictured drafts 15,000 cfm of 90oF (32oC) ambient cooling air, pulled vertically through a three-circuit, fintube core by a 48" dia., 3 hp electric fan. The largest circuit cools a 2,000 scfm flow of air at 100 psig from 210oF (99oC) to 120oF (49oC). A second circuit cools a 9 gal/min flow of compressor oil from 160oF (71oC) to 130oF (54oC). The third circuit superheats 200 scfm of nitrogen gas from an evaporator at 120 psig from -200oF (-129oC) to 40oF (4oC).
