Heat Exchanger Incinerates Fryer Exhaust Pollutants
KleenHeat connects to a fryer exhaust stack and incinerates odors, oil and other particulate that would normally pollute the air around your plant. Fryer exhaust is drawn into the heat exchanger's combustion chamber, where it is mixed with the hot products of combustion from the heat exchanger burner. The three-in-one design simplifies upfront engineering, requires less floor space and eases installation, maintenance and operation.
