TempDot can serve as a validated heat indicator that provides a permanent record of when temperatures have exceeded 160°F (71°C). The high temperature thermo label, which is designed specifically for heat sanitation, measures 0.5 x 0.5" and adheres to clean, dry surfaces. Within 60 sec of the temperature reaching or exceeding 160°F (71°C), the center area of the label will undergo an irreversible color change from white to red. It can be used to confirm a 160°F (71°C) sanitation temperature has been reached for ovens, dryers, retort and curing applications.
