EP45HT MED can withstand long-term exposure from -80 to 500°F (-112 to 260°C) and has a glass-transition temperature greater than 365°F (185°C). It can withstand exposure to repeat cycles of radiation, steam and chemical sterilants. It has a 100-to-30 mix-ratio by weight and requires a minimum cure temperature of 250°F (121°C). The epoxy is 100 percent reactive and does not contain any solvents or diluents.
