Infrared Thermometer Offers Choice of Optics
September 6, 2007
IRtec Rayomatic 10 is offered with several choices of optics, temperature ranges and wavelengths. The infrared thermometer has compact dimensions of 0.7 by 5"; accuracy of up to +/-0.05 percent of reading or 2oF (~1oC); and 4 to 20 mA signal output. The unit measures temperatures up to 2,900oF (1,593oC) and offers adjustable emissivity with a response time of 50 ms. Other features include a configurable distance-to-spot ratio from 12:1 to 50:1 and NIST-traceable calibration reports. The thermometer works in ambient temperatures up to 140oF (60oC) without cooling.
