
The IRED division of the Industrial Heating
Equipment Association (IHEA) will hold the one-day seminar on Monday, November
5. In addition to a full-day program, attendees will receive IRED's Infrared
Process Heating Handbook.
An infrared process heating seminar promises an educational lineup of noncommercialized presentations explaining:
- An introduction
to process heating and the basics of infrared.
- Reasons to use infrared
heating.
- Common misconceptions
about infrared heating.
- Infrared heating
equipment and controls.
- Common applications.
Hosted by the Hyatt Regency O'Hare in Rosemont, Ill., the seminar costs $195 for IHEA members and $225 for nonmbembers. The fee includes tuition; one copy of the handbook; access to the reception; and lunch refreshment during breaks. Upon completion of the course, attendees receive a certificate.
