Colville, Wash.-based Colmac Coil ManufacturingpromotedJoe Fazzarito vice president. In addition to managing the sales and marketing departments, Fazzari handles strategic planning processes, business development and is responsible for new product selection for the company. He joined the company in 2002 as an applications sales engineer, specializing in industrial refrigeration and heat transfer coil applications.

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-basedCCI Thermal Technologies Inc.acquired3L Filters Ltd., Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. 3L Filters makes filters, strainers, pressure vessels and skid systems for industrial applications.

Conairis moving its world headquarters from Emsworth, Pa., to another Pittsburgh suburb, Cranberry. The move, expected to be completed December 31, 2007, involves administrative, sales and engineering personnel. The new building also will accommodate the Conair Technical Center. Conair manufactures resin drying, blending, feeding and conveying equipment, heat-transfer systems and temperature-control equipment, and downstream extrusion systems. Conair manufacturing operations in Franklin, Pa., about 60 miles to the north, were not affected.
