Ceramabond 571 can coat specialized equipment used in incineration applications to 3,200oF (1,760oC). The water-based, two-part, magnesium-oxide-filled ceramic adhesive is suitable for assembling and insulating ceramic and metal components used in high-temperature devices. It demonstrates a volume resistivity of 109 Ω-cm and dielectric strength of 255 V/mil. When mixed in a ratio of 1.5 parts powder to 1.0 parts liquid by weight, the adhesive sets at room temperature and is cured rapidly at 200oF (93oC) in one to two hours.
