The 250°F (121°C) electric shelf oven incorporates a 1,000 ft3/min, 1-hp recirculating blower to provide horizontal airflow across the workload. Features include an aluminized steel exterior; Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior; disposable fresh air filter; 20 x 60" double-pane Lexan window in each door; and interior lighting in the workspace ceiling.
