All Fostoria Industries’ operations, including its Process Heat Division, have moved to the headquarters of TPI Corp., its long-time parent company based in Johnson City, Tenn.

The former Fostoria Industries Inc., which had been based in Fostoria, Ohio, will now operate as the Fostoria Process Equipment Division of TPI Corp. The rebranded entity commenced sales and marketing activities as well as laboratory, engineering and manufacturing operations in early April 2009 after a brief relocation period. According to company executives, the move has enabled TPI to centralize all operations within their 500,00 ft2 facilities, and to leverage the positives associated with consolidation of all of their heating, ventilating, controls and lighting product lines.

The Fostoria Process Equipment Division designs and manufactures electric and gas infrared oven systems as well as specialized industrial ovens and industrial controls. Applications in which these oven systems are used include the curing of powder and other coatings; thermoforming; annealing; drying and adhesives applications.

In addition, the Fostoria Process Equipment Division now will specify and market many of the TPI industrial products line, including such as hazardous location heaters, wash-down heaters and industrial unit heaters.
