The VSD/F dryers are offered in three sizes from 2,500 to 8,000 kg drying air per hour, and in standard formats such as rotary atomize, cyclone high efficiency, bag filter and scrubber high efficiency. They can be rearranged to allow processors to changeover to different powdered products. Custom options include using nozzles rather than rotary atomizers as well as adaptations for process gas supply; spray drying; outlet process gas and powder collecting; powder conveying and cooling; control and instrumentation; and cleaning in place.
