Imseal-800 seals gross (visible) porosity in castings and other metal parts. It fills blowholes, cracks and other such defects where welding or brazing would be impractical. The epoxy and activator are provided in a premeasured packet that is mixed before the packet is opened. The packaging itself can be used as the applicator. Resistant to most fuels, oils, alcohols, glycols, solvents, salts, mild acids, Freon and other common liquids and gases, the cured resin withstands constant service temperatures from - 65 to 350°F (-54 to -177°C).
