Designed to be integrated with spray drying systems, equipment links infrared cameras to a pre-warning system that makes it possible to detect dangerously high temperature increases in the powder within the spray dryer. The cameras make monitoring the spray drying process safer as it is not necessary for an operator to watch the monitor to detect abnormalities. The cameras show a real-time continuous picture of the spray zone, allowing operators to ensure that there are not any leaks or product buildup on the nozzles. It also helps ensure the spray pattern of the nozzles into the drying chamber remains at an optimum level.
