Fujian Longking Co. Ltd. signed an exclusive license to commercially deploy the EERC-developed advanced hybrid particulate collector technology to improve global air quality.
In October, Fujian Longking Co. Ltd., an international corporation with more
than 5,000 staff based in Longyan, Fujian, People’s Republic of China (PRC), signed
an exclusive license with the EERC Foundation to demonstrate and commercially
deploy the EERC-developed advanced hybrid particulate collector technology to
improve global air quality.
The technology licensed focuses on the removal of particulate emissions from
the air. According to the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) at
the University of North Dakota in Fargo, the technology is one of the most
advanced technologies in the world for this purpose. It was invented and
developed by EERC Senior Research Manager Stan Miller and his team.
Longking manufactures and distributes its air pollution control technology
for coal power plants within China and neighboring countries. In addition, it is
working with partners such as the EERC to expand into overseas markets.
