Portable Recirculating Chiller

Series LK-20 portable recirculating chiller has a low-profile design that permits installation in tight spots. Models are suitable for use in OEM and end user applications. Features include a high-efficiency refrigeration system and available all-stainless steel plumbing and cabinets that help ensure compatibility with process fluids and operating environments. Self-contained and tethered controllers provide stability to ± 0.1°C, and constructions are available that are designed specifically for use with third-party temperature system controls.

Recirculating Coolers

Suited for most standard cooling applications, the FL Series includes 22 models that provide 0.3 to 20 kW of cooling capacity with a temperature range of -40 to 104°F (-20 to 40°C). Models can accommodate return line temperatures up to 176°F (80°C) and pump up to 80 l/min at 87 psi. Features include simple operation with RS232 and alarm outputs, intuitive operation, digital interfaces, rapid cooldown times, a small footprint, and ease of maintenance. Water- and air-cooled designs are available, and these capabilities make the recirculating coolers a good substitute for tap water cooling.

Series HTF ST includes stationary heat transfer fluid systems up to 600 kW and 650°F (343°C). Series GP offer R410a refrigerant, designed to meet the latest regulatory requirements. An electronic modulating capacity control maintains leaving fluid temperature to within 0.1° F, and electronic sensors with digital readout include leaving and entering fluid temperatures; compressor suction pressure; compressor discharge pressure; condenser inlet temperature; superheat, sub-cool; pump pressure and tank level.
