An online job board from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has been introduced at www.aem.org. Posted under the AEM Career Center tab, the board was created specifically to connect qualified job seekers with employers in the forestry, mining, utility, agriculture and construction sectors.

To fill the board with active listings, the Milwaukee-based organization is allowing employers to post jobs at no cost through June 30. Interested manufacturers should use the code AEMJOBS11. Beginning in July, the group will charge a modest fee to allow manufacturers to post job listings, which can be inserted in multiple areas in the job board network.

For job seekers, AEM offers no-cost, personalized alert emails of new postings that match candidates' search preferences. The online tool also includes a career resource center with an online library of job-search information and links to related sites. The career resource area has a "career coaching" option with the site's career experts available for personalized coaching sessions, and they respond to individual questions in an "ask the experts" section.
