plant in Hungary is underway.
In the last two years, ABB, with global headquarters in Zurich, has won more than $10 million in orders from the biggest Hungarian pharmaceutical company, Budapest-based Gedeon Richter Plc., to provide automation and engineering services for the firm’s newly built biotechnology production plant.
The newest ABB order from Gideon Richter, valued at $110 million, will supply the biotechnology plant with a complete process automation system, facility automation for boilers, chillers and air-handling units, and an integrated-environment monitoring system for good manufacturing practices.
