Backward-curved motorized impellers are designed specifically for Class 1, Division 2 hazardous locations in temperature classes T1 through T3, IIA and IIB. They are available in sizes ~15.75, 17.75 and 19.685" (400, 450 and 500 mm), with airflow from 3,000 to 6,500 cfm. The explosion-proof evaporator fans are safe for use in areas where there is danger of explosive atmospheres during normal operations.
