A free rental program for Series z30 and z50 series Heat Spy thermal imaging cameras from Wahl Instruments Inc., Asheville, N.C., allows prospective users to evaluate before they buy.

Thermal imaging technology is a non-invasive diagnostic tool. Wahl will allow customers to evaluate the thermal imagers in their facilities for up to seven days at no charge, except for shipping fees. For a nominal fee, companies also can test wide-angle or telephoto lenses.
