Tranter will host a factory open house on May 2 at its Farmersville, Ill., service center, which has recently been expanded. The Tranter Farmersville team will be on hand to provide live product demonstrations, discuss plate heat exchanger operations and maintenance, and share problems and solutions.
Guided tours of the newly expanded facility will allow attendees to see how the 30 percent increase in capacity will improve the way Tranter services its customers. The internal changes at the facility represent Tranter’s continual focus on enhancing the customer experience, according to the company. The improved flow through the facility enables the factory to increase the speed at which orders are processed and delivered.
At Tranter-owned service centers such as the Farmersville facility, the staff cleans and regaskets heat exchanger plates, returning them to peak efficiency. Regardless of the brand of heat exchanger, the work is guaranteed with a written warranty covering materials and workmanship. Tranter’s Farmersville location also offers an inventory exchange program, where customers can exchange used plates for refurbished plates at a savings over new plates.
Guests at the open house, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be treated to food and drink and have the chance to win door prizes including an iPad. For more information about the open house, contact the service center at firstname.lastname@example.org or (217) 227-3470.
