The Ray 1 performs controlled freeze drying of food and drink products for small-scale production of market samples, or for testing of new products prior to full-scale production. Made from high-quality stainless steel for operation in the food sector, the freeze drying pilot plant has four product trays for maximum space utilization and doors to three sides to ease access and simplify cleaning. A dedicated computer controls the freeze drying parameters and monitors the entire process.
