Windows-based, programmable logic controller provides scalable, extensible controller platform for use in environmental testing chambers and industrial ovens. Smart 1.0 has a real-time function screen and communicates in real time, providing remote access via smartphone, tablet or other device using an Internet connection and VNC application. It offers smart-screen navigation, smart datalogging and trending, intuitive alarms.

Features include a WVGA 800 x 480, high-resolution, graphical touch screen; graphical user interface; 32-bit RISC 400 MHz central processing unit; and 4GB (SD card) flash storage. It accommodates up to 100 profiles with up to 100 steps each. Test data retrieval and profile-data transfer/sharing are accomplished through a local, USB flash drive. Individual PID control loops allow for precise process control with ramp/soak programming for each loop.
