Model HT220 has the flexibility to process a broad range of products. It permits you to conduct trials with less than 33 to 100 oz (1 to 3 liters) of material, which allows more trials in a single day to improve research and development productivity. The system can also heat and cool various products from dairy, sauces up to concentrates with high viscosities and even small particulates.
