The business operations of Texas-based boiler companies Affiliated Power Services and Holman Boiler Works will merge and operate under the name of Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service Inc., effective December 1. Both companies were acquired earlier this year by Cleaver-Brooks.

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service will continue to service any type and size boiler from any manufacturer. It will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleaver-Brooks with John Marrinucci as president.
